New Case Study videos out now!

Three new ‘Beyond the Hive’ video case studies have been added to the National Varroa Mite Management Program website. 

The videos feature interviews with recreational and commercial beekeepers as they discuss the Cost of Varroa on their operations, Hyperthermia Mite Treatment and Drone Brood Trapping.

Initially produced for the Advanced Varroa Mite Management Workshops, the new videos bring the total number of Varroa mite management case studies available for viewing to eight.

Existing video case studies explore different Varroa-related themes and feature first-hand accounts from beekeepers impacted by the mite.  Interviewees talk about their experiences with Varroa and how they’re managing the pest moving forward.
